OUR WARRANTY

Spann Brothers Continuous Gutters and Spouts will guarantee our rain gutter and downspout materials against rust or corrosion, and the baked finish against peeling or cracking for the life of the gutter.

From the time of the installation through the seventh year, Spann Brothers will guarantee all labor and materials on your gutter system 100 percent.

Year six through fifteen, we will replace any damaged material at no cost to you and be responsible for half of any labor costs. The customer is responsible for the remaining half of the labor cost.

From year fifteen to as long as you own your home, Spann Brothers will replace any damaged material with the customer incurring the cost of labor to repair the rain gutter system.

Note: This warranty is valid only with proper maintenance to your gutter system. Proper cleaning is necessary for proper functioning. Damage caused by customer abuse and negligence is not covered. If Spann Brothers is called on a repair to the rain gutters and debris is found to be the problem, a service fee will be charged.

This warranty is under normal conditions. Severe weather may cause damage not covered under this warranty. This warranty is non- transferable.
